Site Preparation

Fence Post Installation

This includes attaching end caps and post tops, sealing joints with caulk, sanding off rough edges, applying protective stains or paints, and clearing away any remaining debris from the work area, leaving your property pristine.

Schedule Maintenance

We recommend scheduling maintenance checks every 1-2 years to ensure your post and rail fence remains sturdy and looking’s its best. Over time, we can power wash the fence, sand and re-finish the wood, and tighten any loose bolts or brackets. Taking care of minor repairs quickly prevents more costly problems down the road.
